Job Description:
- Ensure building remains in good repair
- Inspect, operate, or test machinery/equipment
- Maintain a clean, orderly and organized workspace
- Lift and move objects without the aid of machinery
- Maintain inventory management
- Handle customer complaints with empathy, finding quick and effective solutions
- Repair concrete and stucco; prepare, paint and texture walls and other surfaces
- Repair engines or engine-related equipment using a variety of tools
- Perform routine maintenance, such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, etc.
