Pay: $20 - $27 an hour

Machine Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 to $27.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 05:00am to 03:30am)

• Operate production machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Monitor equipment performance, making adjustments as necessary to maintain optimal production levels and product quality.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime.
• Load raw materials into machines and monitor inventory levels to ensure continuous production.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation, including machine logs and quality control reports.

Machine Operator Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training is a plus.
• Proven experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the packaging industry.
• Familiarity with operating and maintaining production machinery, such as printing presses, die-cutters, laminators, and gluing machines.

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
