Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Assignment Length: 13 weeks contract (Extendable)
Location: Columbia MT 59912
Shift: Evening shift: 2pm-10:30pm // 40 hours a week including weekends.
Pay range $29/hr on W2
Job Summary:
- Assisting mentally impaired or emotionally disturbed patients, working under the direction of nursing and medical staff.
- Assisting with daily living activities.
- Leading patients in educational and recreational activities.
- Accompanying patients to and from examinations and treatments.
- Restraining violent patients.
- Examining patients to detect issues requiring medical care, including open wounds, bruises, or blood in the urine.
- Reminding patients to take medications and nutritional supplements.
- Noting observations of patient behavior, including complaints, or physical symptoms to nurses.
- Staying up to date on CNA training and facility policy and procedure.
- Perform other job duties as needed or assigned by the client.
Job Requirements
- Valid CNA license for MT state
- BLS, preferably from AHA or Red Cross
- Covid Vaccination (Medical/Religious Exemptions are accepted)
