Seasoned Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (FNP or AGNP) to join our team. As a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages. You will be responsible for conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating common illnesses, prescribing medications, and providing health education and counseling.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough physical examinations and provide primary care services to patients
  • Diagnose and treat common illnesses and conditions
  • Prescribe medications and other treatments as needed
  • Provide patient education and counseling on preventive care, disease management, and lifestyle modifications
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
  • Document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities
Requirements:
  • Valid Nurse Practitioner license and certification (FNP or AGNP)
  • Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
  • Experience working as a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner is preferred
  • Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare technology
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
