Long-Range Maritime Fires Analyst

NAS Fallon, Fallon, NV - Full-time - Not a remote position

Global C2 Integration Technologies is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Long-Range Maritime Fires Analyst experienced with analyzing long range maritime fires to provide subject matter input, technical support, and test support on the Developing Effective CONOPS for Integration of Fires and Effects at Resolute Hunter (DECIFER) test team.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Long-Range Maritime Fires Analyst for the DECIFER QRT project designed to develop and test CONOPS and TTP that codify and accelerate: all domain, human and machine-teamed, end-to-end kill web and chain; timely battlespace knowledge; more precise situational intelligence; and shortened information cycle.
  • Project test focus is on all-domain Maritime FIRES and C2 problem set, leveraging RESOLUTE HUNTER (NAWDC exercise)
  • The Long-Range Maritime Fires Analyst will advise and assist the DECIFER Contract Project Manager and Government Test Director and contract team in various facets of long-range maritime fires to support the planning, development, and execution of all contract deliverables CDRLs IAW the JT&E Handbook and the DECIFER QRT performance work statement.
  • Serve in an additional role as either the test planner or CONOPS and TTP developer supporting the team's development of the project plan, test planning to include test venue coordination, Risk Reduction Events, Detailed Test Plan, Field Test Events, test analysis and reports and team's CONOPS and TTP development efforts to include research, hosting writing groups and Joint Warfighters Advisory Groups (JWAGs), and the team's test product transitions, and final out briefings of the test project's findings, conclusions, and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Serve as a member of a diverse team consisting of test planners, TTP developers, subject matter analysts and the team's Operations Research Systems Analyst. Other members of the team shall include experience in CCMD Multi Domain Operations Combat and Intelligence Mission Planning and knowledge of decision-making processes, IT, data architecture and net centricity experience, and weapons and tactics.

MINIMUM SKILLS

  • 5-8 years' experience in long range maritime fires planning and operations
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • TS/SCI clearance

DESIRED SKILLS

  • Previous T&E planning experience
  • Previous experience developing TTP, CONOPS or SOPs
  • Previous experience in one or more of the following areas: CCMD Multi Domain Operations Combat and Intelligence Mission Planner IT, data architecture and net centricity experience; and weapons and tactics.
  • Experience with RESOLUTE HUNTER (NAWDC exercise)

Eligibility: Must have current Top-Secret Clearance, SCI eligible
