Commercial / Ag Lender

We are seeking a Commercial / Ag Lender to become a part of our valuable team!  Lender will analyze the financial condition of individuals and businesses applying for credit and make recommendations to the loan committee.  Candidate will be responsible for lending of all types with an emphasis in agriculture. Responsibilities include assisting customers to provide up to date financials and cash flow projections, along with necessary and compliant loan documentation.    We encourage community involvement of local clubs and organizations and develop referral networks and maintaining positive relationships between customers and the bank.

Additional Duties:

• Assist borrowers with financial decisions and options
• Guide customers through the loan application process
• Manage and service loan portfolio
• Comply with and enhance loan policy and procedures
• Cross-sell other bank products and services

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in finance, banking, and agricultural related fields
• Familiarity with financial, lending and underwriting practices
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented and self-motivated with a desire to serve others and work as part of a team
