Detailer - 1st Shift

We are seeking candidates for Detailer roles on the 1st shift. Compensation for this temp-to-hire opportunity is $17.00-$18.50 per hour. Interested? Learn more below!

What a Detailer will do:

• Paint frames, hitches, steps, and jacks
• Add/remove decals, remove and re-apply sealants, and complete minor cosmetic repairs
• Clean the interior of vehicles, including steam cleaning carpets, dusting, and more
• Wash the exterior of units
• Clean, wax, polish, prep and refurbish new and used units
• Maintain the dealership’s standard of excellence in quality and service
• Inspect the vehicles thoroughly
• Maintain the proper function of all tools and equipment
• Report any damage to the supervising manager

What you need to be a Detailer:

• Organized and willing to fulfill requests in a timely manner
• Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time, use hands to handle, control, feel, or reach objects, tools, or controls, bend or twist their body, and repeat the same movements throughout the day
• Ability to work with a team
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to work with limited supervision
