This position manufactures batches to provide quality product to the fill lines by following discrete formulas as provided by R&D. Blend Techs will make adjustments, as determined by the Quality Lab, in order to bring blends into specification.

- Combine raw materials together by following precise blending instructions.
- Adhere to all safety rules, procedures, and requirements while in the plant.
- Maintain high levels of housekeeping daily including the return of partial quantities of raw materials to inventory and keeping assigned work areas clean.
- Safely operate a forklift. Acquire and maintain an operator’s license, in accordance with plant policy.
- Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications:
- Have at least two (2) years of work experience in a manufacturing and/or distribution facility or in an operations environment
