12 hour shift - 2 / 2 / 3 Rotations,
$80,000 - $90,000 per annum

Our client are in the market for an experienced Building Operator with clean utilities experience to join a brand new account across a large Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Facility in Concord, NC
Job Accountabilities:
Support Clean Utility Operations for a 24/7 pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
Operate and troubleshoot problems as they occur on Water for Injection, Compressed Air, Clean Steam, Heating Hot Water Skids, Water/Steam Sampling, Waste Neutralization, Process Gas Equipment, and other equipment in the utility room as required.
Must be able to effectively respond and communicate to key customers/system owners and understand all aspects of equipment operation and maintenance
Job Duties:
Maintain knowledge of the GMARS electronic work documentation system, BMS System as required for operating equipment and troubleshooting issues as they relate to equipment and the buildings' Utility Systems.
Complete tasks and associated documentation timely with little to no errors.
Perform all assigned PM’s and WO’s on facilities equipment as per the GMARS electronic work order system.
Document all work as performed according to cGMP’s and Client SOP’s.
Document the use of spare parts in the GMARS system by executing desktop requisitions.
Able to perform PM and/or CM without guidance, and technical troubleshooting on advanced equipment and systems and determine best course of action to provide RCA and corrective requirements on equipment/instrumentation and systems.
Manage all alarms received from the Parenteral Building Management Systems (BMS) and Process Control Network.
Ensure 24/7 monitoring and response of utility systems and proper communication of issues.
Maintain training plan at 100% to ensure compliance with all aspects of HS&E, Quality and Regulatory Agencies

WFI Systems
USP Systems
Clean Steam Systems
Clean Air Systems
Waste Neutralization Operations
Dirty Utilities
Pharmaceutical Grade Compressed Gasses
Good Documentation Practices
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of four years of related experience and/or trade school training.
Utilities, maintenance and/or operations background with basic computer skills and CMMS experience would be beneficial.
Additional Information
Travel not required.
Lifting required (50 lbs).
Required to be on call.
12 hour shifts – 223 Rotation
