Material Handler - 2nd shift - Full-time

Job Title: Material Handler 
shift: 2nd shift 
Pay: $20 per hour
Hours: 3pm- 11pm (Monday–Friday) 

Responsibilities:

1. Operate a forklift to move materials and products within the facility.
2. Load and unload trucks, stack and arrange products in designated areas.
3. Inspect and perform routine maintenance on the forklift, ensuring it is in good working condition.
4. Follow safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
5. Maintain accurate records of inventory and product movement.
6. Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow.
7. Assist in the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
8. Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

1. Valid forklift operator certification or license.
2. Proven experience as a forklift operator.
3. Ability to operate the forklift in a safe and efficient manner.
4. Physical stamina and strength to perform the job tasks.
5. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling products.
6. Good communication and teamwork skills.
7. Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations.
8. Basic math skills for inventory tracking.

Working Conditions: Forklift operators typically work in indoor environments such as warehouses, distribution centers, or manufacturing facilities. The job may involve lifting heavy objects, and operators are often required to wear safety equipment, including helmets and steel-toed boots.
