Bartlett Roofing specializes in residential and commercial storm damage restoration! We work with homeowners and their insurance carriers to replace roofs that have been damaged by recent and current weather events.

The role of an Recruiting Administrator will be filled by an individual who takes pride in their work, is well-organized, timely, and is capable of identifying problems and implementing solutions without guidance. This role is an integral part of the growth and success of Bartlett Roofing and a successful employee will be presented with opportunities for growth into leadership and management within the organization.

Pay Range: $18-20/hour DOE.

Job Type: Full-Time, In-Office. This is not a remote position.

What You'll Do

• Daily management of candidates through our applicant tracking system.
• Promote the company’s reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
• Sort through applicants and conduct screenings to fill open positions.
• Monitor and upload all inbound applications from Recruiting email.
• Confirm any Candidate/Manager interviews for that day.
• Conduct reference or background checks on job applicants as needed.
• Review Recruiting pipeline stages and clean up as needed.
• Actively contact possible applicants utilizing company web-based systems i.e. resume searches, etc. 
• Attract suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
• Reschedule candidate meetings as needed.
• Track candidate pipeline progress.
• Schedule leadership interviews with candidates moving forward.
• Take ownership of candidate experience by managing timeliness, proper follow-up, and appropriate setting of expectations.
• Work with the HR and Training Department to ensure the efficient onboarding of new hires.
• Provide recruitment reports to leadership.

Who You Are

• Variable HR or recruiting experience was strongly preferred!
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
• Interpersonal skills, tact, patience, and courtesy; ability to build professional relationships with others.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently; strong organizational skills.
• Highly confidential and ethical.
