Enjoy weekends off with this exciting new opportunity in Grand Rapids, MN! Doherty is partnering with a leading manufacturing company located in Grand Rapids, MN. We are seeking candidates for Assembler roles on the 1st shift. Hours for this position are 6:30am-5:00pm, Monday-Thursday with overtime on Fridays as needed. What an Assembler will do:

• Follow work instructions to produce quality product in a safe and timely manner
• Use various manual and pneumatic tools to fit components together
• Install parts and inspects work for quality
• Disassemble and reassemble, when necessary to ensure proper assembly of product
• Test or assist in testing operation of completed product
• Keep daily records of serial numbers and other paperwork#worknow

What you need to be an Assembler:

• 6-12+ months of related experience in assembly, using manuals and pneumatic tools
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and letters/memos
• Ability to accurately record data and verify information
