Admin Assistant 21.40/hr - Part-time

NOW HIRING for Admin Assistant!!! These positions will be in office. MUST LIVE in MN!!! Please do not apply if you don't reside in MN or do not have the MUST HAVES below!!

MUST HAVES:

• 6+ Months of customer service experience
• 6 + Months professional working experience Navigating the internet (Google) and using Excel, Word & Outlook

Description:

• The Administrative Assistant will be answering the phone and greeting clients as they come to see their Financial Advisor.
• Will get 20-25 calls per day to the front desk and maybe 10 or so clients stopping by each week. To fill time between calls, they will help resupply stock rooms and sort mail.
• There will be plenty of one off things we may have them do, but very easy in complexity. Example – help organize paperwork for a presentation.
• The more comfortable the employee, the more work we can pass to them.

Pay:

$21.40/hr

Shift:

8am-5pm, Monday-Friday
