We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Assistant Project Manager for our growing Construction team. This role will focus on quality control for new building electrical installation, commissioning, and documentation of materials, components, and progress.

Job Details



Responsibilities:
  • Act as liaison with outside agencies such as vendors, customers, general contractors, local municipalities, inspectors, utility companies and architects/engineers
  • Assist estimators with electrical take-offs on a case-by-case basis
  • Manage quality control program for new building electrical installation, commissioning, and handoff.
  • Organize final preparation of project submittals and verify approved submittals for conformity
  • Assist in coordination of delivery schedules for material and equipment

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years in Electrical Construction, Degreed Electrical Engineer, Two year Associates in Electrical Engineering, or certification from technical school in electrical technology/construction.
  • Greenfield or brownfield experience in electrical construction
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components.
