Well respected skilled nursing facility (SNF) is seeking an Occupational Therapist who is highly motivated and energetic to join the team. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment.
Additional Requirements/Information:
" Interested candidates must have 1 years of experience
" Nationally recognized rehab company
" Candidates must be currently licensed or eligible for licensure as an OT and/or registered as a Occupational therapist per state requirements.
Required Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS: SNF exp, SD license. OT will be required to cover 5 facilities in the area, not all in 1 week but facilities can be shifted depending upon the needs across all 5 buildings.
