Change Manager (Senior)

Personnel Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, finance, computer science or the equivalent with 10-15 years of relevant experience. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Prior experience with design thinking and human-centered design.
  • Certification in data management and or governance methodology like the EDM Council's Data Management Capability Assessment Model (DCAM), Cloud Data Management Capability (CDMC) or DAMA International's Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP).
  • Change Management, Project Management (PMP) or similar certification preferred.
  • Certification in change management methodologies (i.e., Prosci methodology).

Capabilities:

  • Intermediate level qualifications and capabilities per Section 3.9.1.1.
  • Leads change efforts around high-profile projects between Board divisions as well as other divisions and/or organizations that impact the program and data.
  • Plans, develops, implements, and evaluates organizational change management strategies.
  • Provides change management guidance and expertise to Board divisions and System Banks.
  • Directs efforts to ensure organizational change management principles are incorporated into the overall strategy, goals, objectives, and initiatives.
