Scale Coordinator: Lena, IL
Our client in Lena, IL is looking for a Scale Coordinator. The Scale Coordinator’s primary role is handling all the daily functions of the truck scale area. This position is part-time but may be asked to work extra hours sparingly as needed.
Responsibilities of the Scale Coordinator:
- Scale trucks in and out for grain deliveries, DDGS, and WET CAKE
- Sample grain deliveries.
- Create daily ethanol MSDS packets for ethanol shipments.
- Filing distiller samples and scale tickets accordingly.
- Assist with entering new drivers into the ethanol load out system.
- Assist in any errors with the load out system.
- Always keep the office clean and neat in appearance.
- Keeping accurate records of corn pricing.
- Assist with answering the main reception area phone.
- Assist with visitor sign in.
Scale Coordinator Job Requirements:
- Assist with other office-related tasks as necessary from various department heads.
- Accurately complete all paperwork as assigned.
- Maintain all office supplies and equipment.
- Contribute to being a team player.
- Set a positive example for supporting safety, job performance, quality, employee involvement, and cooperation.
Pay for Scale Coordinator: Starting at $15/hr.
