Cardinal Staffing is hiring a Bouquet Maker at our floral warehouse in a fast-paced and creative environment. This role offers weekly pay, competitive hourly compensation starting at $16.00/hr, and plenty of overtime opportunities.
Get paid MORE if you exceed your hourly quota!
1st shift - Shift starts at 7AM.
Currently, they are working 10-12 hours a day, possibly 7 days a week due to it being a very busy time (busy seasons are the weeks surrounding Mother's Day, Easter and Valentine's Day).
Job Responsibilities:
- Create unique floral arrangements and bouquets according to specific instructions
- Stock and maintain inventory of fresh flowers and supplies
- Keep working area clean and safe
- Adhere to warehouse safety standards
Qualifications:
- Experience in floral design or a related field is preferred, but not required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to speak & understand Spanish is a plus
- Passion for creating visually appealing arrangements
- Positive and outgoing attitude is A MUST
