We're excited for you to apply! The role of Wellness Observation & Response Crew Auditor (Auditor) requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify a variety of facilities and maintenance issues in corporate office buildings, ensuring that standards set by Facility Management are upheld. The team offers facilities audit support, assisting Facility Managers in observing trends and noting when maintenance and aesthetic standards fall short. Regular audits gather workspace and building data, which is then shared with Facilities Management to rectify any discrepancies. The Wellness Observation & Response Crew also undertakes special projects for the Real Estate and Facilities teams. We're looking for someone who can work both independently and as part of a team, has a high attention to detail, and is comfortable being on the move for 6-8 hours a day. This person should have excellent communication skills with teammates and customers and be able to adapt quickly to a dynamic work environment.

The role involves ensuring that everything on campus, from TVs and kitchen areas to computers, meets our standards. If something is broken, you'll be responsible for submitting a ticket to get it fixed immediately. Our goal is to provide employees with the best experience when they're on campus or in our buildings.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable using a tablet, dependable, and have excellent communication skills across various platforms like IM, Slack, text, phone calls, and emails. A friendly and pleasant demeanor is a must for this entry-level position, as customer service is key. Being tech-savvy is also important. We're looking for someone who is easy to get along with, can handle a lot of walking, and is dependable. The ability to stand all day is a requirement for this role.

 

Requirements

  • • Minimum 1-year customer service, real estate/facilities, or administrative support experience
  • • Experience providing excellent customer service with the ability to write concise correspondence and effectively communicate verbally and electronically with all levels of management, employees, vendor partners, event organizers and visitors
  • • Effective time management with the ability to quickly and successfully prioritize tasks, ensuring completion of assigned responsibilities in a timely manner
  • • Responds calmly and professionally to emergencies and can effectively deescalate situations or other stressful situations in the workplace
  • • High School Diploma or GED required
  • • Requires travel to several of our buildings so the ability to walk consistently within a 1.5 radius is required
  • • Ability to work independently and out of line of sight from other team members for all or part of shift
  • • The position requires standing and mobility around the campus for long periods of time up to the
  • entire length of the shift
  • • Must be able to potentially lift or carry items up to 50 pounds
  • • May need to carry supplies to other buildings
  • • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including occasionally arriving early, staying late on a moment’s notice and occasional evening
  • • This is a dog friendly environment with over 1000 dogs on campus. Individuals with dog allergies or those who do not particularly care for dogs may not be the best fit.



Essential Functions

  • • Walking to various worksites to observe and answer audit questions around cosmetic, supply and technology issues to confirm standards are being upheld
  • • Recording notes on observations when something is not in alignment to the standard
  • • Provide feedback and call out when possible, efficiency gains or changes that need to be made to the program
  • • Communicate with Facilities Managers or other vendors when emergent issues occur
  • • Ability to follow structured timelines and accommodate unexpected requests
  • • Assist with new tasks and/or projects as needed to support other divisions and client partners
  • • General knowledge of Smartsheet system tool and capability of entering information into the system
  • • Work collaboratively with our employees and other vendor partners, ensuring the team is always acting as a solutions provider to our customer and vendor partners
