Accounting Specialist

Candidate must have Accounts Receivables experience 6 Month Contract to Hire • Pay Rate Range: $19/hr. • Temp w/ possible perm • Work Location: Temple, TX • Work Schedule: 8-5pm • Parking included? yes • Interview type: Teams – video- 30 mins. • Maintain precise records of all incoming payment and booking all Accounts Receivables • Reconcile any irregularities in receipts. • Actively investigate and resolve irregularities in both incoming and outgoing payments • Generate and delivery report to different departments as needed. • Maintain several Queue. • Proven analytical skills in Accounts Receivables and accounting policy • Command of Microsoft office with strong Excel Skills ( a must) • Excellent Follow up and follow through abilities • Detail oriented, accurate and have the ability to multi- task and work independently • Able to work in a fast-paced environment & works well under pressure
