ConocoPhillips was one of the first companies into the liquids play, resulting in a low-cost entry into this acreage. In 2009, the company began exploring the development potential of this play and by year-end 2022 held approximately 199,000 net leasehold and mineral acres, primarily in DeWitt, Karnes, and Live Oak counties.During 2022, 153 operated wells were brought online, bringing total wells online at year-end to more than 1,700. Net production in 2022 averaged 220 MBOED.DescriptionAs the Asset Control/Planning & Scheduling Supervisor, you will oversee a multifaceted team that involves meticulous management of SAP-PM data for financial tracking, maintenance analysis, and environmental reporting, as well as comprehensive project planning and execution. Reporting directly to the designated supervisor, this position requires advanced proficiency in SAP-PM, strong organizational skills, and the ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement across departments.Job DescriptionResponsibilities may include:Managing SAP-PM for financial tracking, maintenance analysis, and environmental reporting, including creating and maintaining functional locations and equipment recordsConducting comprehensive cost analyses post-project completion, reconciling discrepancies in SAP-PMGenerating quality check reports to ensure accurate asset register data and promptly addressing any discrepanciesScreening and tracking Material Transfers to ensure proper financial reflection in SAPMonitoring and reconciling PM Yard inventories in SAP-PM quarterlyParticipating in annual Asset Control Audits, tracking and reconciling findings as necessaryProviding thorough training on Asset Control policies and procedures to stakeholdersCompiling and delivering performance monitoring reports, driving continuous improvement initiativesCollaborating with various departments to further continuous improvementIdentifying and preserving sensitive information, adhering to protocols for SAP workflows and financial movementsProviding data for finance group regarding asset hierarchiesManaging cross-functional support to engineering, operations, and maintenanceContributing to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) effortsReceiving engineering work packs, collaborating on project schedules, and presenting resource alignment opportunitiesIdentifying and implementing planning process improvementsFacilitating kick-off meetings and collaborating with field leadershipPeriodically visiting jobsites to aid in planning and identify efficienciesCollaborating with Supply Chain to ensure timely material deliveryEnsuring availability of required material and contract services for work completionImproving communications between parties involved in planningWorking with different functional groups and external contractors for planning and schedulingFollowing established safety, planning, scheduling, and procurement processesCollaborating with other Eagle Ford supervisors to ensure readiness for project executionMaintaining the Projects Integrated Schedule weeklyBasic/Required:Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employerCurrent/valid driver’s license5+ years of experience in Planning and Scheduling5+ years of experience with SAP/ Asset Control (Functional Locations, Material transfers, Asset Registry)Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft O365 applications: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams and WordIntermediate proficiency with SAPPreferred:5+ years of experience with Inventory Management and Logistics1 + years of supervisor experienceBasic planning experience using Primavera P6Familiarity with material transfers and daily reportsAdvanced proficiency (performing the skill with limited assistance) in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and TeamsKnowledge of Project Controls, Cost Engineering, Estimating, Risk Analysis, Spend Forecasting (Work In Progress/Earned Value), Accruals, and General AccountingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to resolve conflicts and determine priorities effectivelyCapable of managing and progressing multiple deliverables concurrentlyDemonstrated ability to work effectively in both team environments and independentlyProficient with SAP transactions, including functional location, equipment, accounting, and purchase ordersKnowledgeable about current COPAS guidelinesProficient in CEPS (Contractual Obligation Processing System)Experience with SAP work order transactionsAbility to create and manipulate complex spreadsheetsTakes ownership of actions and follows through on commitments by holding others accountable and standing up for what's rightBuilds effective solutions based on available information and makes timely decisions that are safe and ethicalListens actively and invites new ideas for exchanged opinions, then influences and acts to drive positive performance and achieve resultsApply Before:May 7, 2024Sponsorship: ConocoPhillips’ sponsorship for employment authorization in the U.S. is NOT available for this position.EEO: In the US, ConocoPhillips is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
