We handle a wide variety of commercial litigation, including the defense of design and construction professionals; medical malpractice defense; insurance defense/subrogation; the representation of hospitals, long-term care facilities, physicians and nurses; resort and timeshare litigation; banking/finance; foreclosure matters, product liability defense, breach of warranty, and personal injury/wrongful death defense.


We have an immediate need for a strong and ambitious attorney with 0-2 years of experience in our Maitland office to handle first party property, general liability and long term care cases. This is an excellent career opportunity with competitive salary and bonus structure.

Associate attorneys will be responsible for handling their own caseload, managing deadlines, interacting with clients and outside attorneys, and will gain litigation and courtroom experience. Daily responsibilities include performing legal analysis on new and existing claims, developing case strategy, responding to and propounding discovery, drafting of motions, taking depositions, attending hearings, attending mediations, negotiating settlements, and assisting with trials.
