What You Will Do:

Our Defense and National Security Segment consultants work with the Department of Justice (DOJ) and U.S. Attorneys to optimize their investigations by providing mission critical support in data security, case management, data analysis, and IT modernization. This high performing team helps an investigation-focused component of the DOJ identify, design, and implement improved processes that transform and enhance their investigative workflows, and provide lasting change by empowering the case teams to sustain improved operations. 

 

The project team is helping to modernize the case management system by updating and refreshing the tools and processes used to manage their investigative workflows. The Case Management Analyst will support the attorneys utilizing SharePoint and Salesforce to organize, document, update, and track cases in the case management system throughout the investigative life cycle. The role will serve to provide case management support to the case teams in the form of data entry, data analytics, document management, and knowledge management. The case management analyst will also assist the team in planning and preparing for the implementation of a new case management system. The candidate would have demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, data entry, data analysis, case management, and/or litigation support. This is a great opportunity for an individual looking capitalize on and expand their understanding of data security, case management, and litigation support functions.

What You Will Need:

  • An ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET federal security clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

  • THREE (3) or more years of experience working with data


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • An ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET/SCI federal security clearance

  • Experience as a data security analyst

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both written and verbal

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, cases, and projects

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Demonstrated experience using PowerApps, SharePoint and/or Salesforce

  • Demonstrated experience working with Attorneys and/or law enforcement investigations

  • Demonstrated experience providing case management and/or litigation support functions
