Customer Service Rep
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls from providers and assist with claim status and updates
- Investigate claim status through online systems
- Assist with coverage and claims related questions.
- Accurately interpret benefits and policy provisions for all products.
- Conduct research and follow-up for prompt resolution.
- Work efficiently in a high volume call center while maintaining a professional, polite manner
- Research, investigate and triage customer issues of concern and dissatisfaction as assigned
- Advocate for the customer: explain benefits in a detailed and courteous manner so they are understood
Requirements:
- Call center experience and understanding metrics/expectations
- Ability to do research and light analysis - why was the claim denied or only partially paid?
- Must have excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor
- Understand how to resolve customer service issues effectively and efficiently
Pay: $19
Shift: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
Duration: Long Term
Location: Salem, OR
