Our client is in search of a highly skilled Accounts Payable Analyst to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This is an entirely remote position, enabling you to work from the comfort of your home. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Accounts Payable, a proven track record of accomplishments, and intricate knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, lookups etc.). The Accounts Payable Analyst will work alongside a talented team in a very fast-paced, high-volume role that requires effective problem-solving skills particularly in relation to Purchase Orders (PO), invoice coding, and reconciliations.


The Accounts Payable Analyst will be responsible for the following:

  • Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
  • Resolve discrepancies and ensure proper coding of invoices.
  • Managing vendor relations and building effective partnerships.
  • Resolving payment discrepancies and disputes on behalf of the company.
  • Assist with other accounting projects, as needed.
  • Performing regular audits to ensure that vendor payments are accurate and timely.

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable with a large organization

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (lookups & pivot tables) required

• Ability to review, research and assure compliance of payable invoices

• Experience in statement reconciliations and handling invoice discrepancies

• Capable of resolving issues efficiently and effectively

• Strong creative problem-solving skills

• Proven track record of process improvement initiatives and projects

• Aptitude for continuous process improvement in the workplace

• Prior gaming and / or hospitality industry is preferred, not required
