· $3k-6k quarterly production bonuses

· Will Pay for roundtrip flights once every quarter
· Willing to accept candidate from anywhere in the United States as long as they are willing to travel to the West Coast.

MUST HAVE: Coax Splicing on live plant.

What you will be doing:
· Splicing and activation which includes setting up and balancing electronics to specifications.
· Work within a team environment to ensure the full job scope is completed within the scheduled timeframe.
· Providing “live” plant training to an assigned new hire, monitoring the new hire’s progress and responsible for keeping the new hire on track to graduate on schedule.
· Basic daily maintenance of provided vehicle: check fluids, clean and organize vehicle.
· Safely operate and use bucket truck to complete daily construction assignments as needed (potentially working for extended times on a ladder).
· Safely set up and operate at a job work site in compliance with local and federal regulations.
· Complete daily production reports, mark up maps, keep track of work hours and complete “as-built” maps for areas built.
· Reconcile all issued parts and materials on a daily basis to ensure accurate material usage counts.
· Continued training and education to support advancement in either technology innovations or role.
What you should have:
· Ability to complete mechanical tasks such as coax splicing, reading meters (volt, RF and Fiber), conducting tests and performing troubleshooting measures to achieve plant level requirements.
· Ability to use computer based programs required to support the activation and verification of electronic equipment installs.
· Able to work in all-weather climates.
· Able to work at varying heights such as a bucket truck (max 40’), ground level at a pedestal and in an underground vault.
· Able to work extended periods of time from a ladder.
· Able to lift 50-100lbs.
· Reach, push, pull, hold, grasp and perform fine manipulation on cable and electronic equipment.
· Ability to use the standard tools of the trade (screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, strippers, crimpers, hammers, etc.) to route cable, connect cable and install electronic equipment.
· Able to work evening, overnight or weekends when needed.
· Ability to read and build from blueprints and/or wire diagrams.
· Able to distinguish colors.
· Sufficient visual and aural acuity to operate a variety of standard test and measurement equipment.
· Demonstrate support for excellent customer service.
· Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times.
· Able to work with limited supervision and completed work has low error rate or quality concerns.
· Experience conducting and providing training to less seasoned field positions (new hires, ground hands or less experienced splicers).
· Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, motor vehicle check and drug test.
· Possess a valid driver’s license.
· Must be authorized to work in the United States.
