Logistics Customer Service Representative

Pay: $22 per hour

Schedule: 8:00 pm - 8:00 am shifts, Sundays to Tuesdays, every other Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and greeting visitors.
• Monitor and track orders, keeping customers informed of any relevant updates.
• Ensure timely deliveries and pickups, addressing any exceptions promptly.
• Verify and process invoices accurately.
• Cultivate positive relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and complaints efficiently.
• Serve as a liaison between the warehouse and customers, facilitating smooth operations.
• Maintain organized records of order-related paperwork.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in dispatching, transportation, or logistics
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Flexibility with training hours
