• Candidates must have a Rhode Island license in hand at the time of application.

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

5 years experience in a geriatric, clinical setting with supervisory responsibilities preferred.

Flu Season Timeframe begins December 1st.
