Title: Rotocure Operator


Department: Calendar


$18.09 Hourly plus 1.75 Shift Premium (19.84)

Full Time

2nd Shift: 5pm-5am Standard Tues, Wed, Thurs (occasional OT)


GENERAL NATURE OF JOB:

Perform various tasks to support proficient effective operation of Rotocures.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Operate, monitor, and inspect product on Rotocures.

Set up machines and assist others with set ups, when necessary.

Contact supervisor when issues occur that may affect quality and productivity.

Operate Crane and drive a forklift

Promote good housekeeping, 5S, and safety practices in all activities.

Must be able to perform all tasks assigned.

Must have the ability to solve technical issues.

Must have the ability to lift 35 lbs. unassisted.

Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.

  • Good knowledge of all safety procedures while operating machinery

LANGUAGE ABILITY

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and work instructions.

MATH ABILITY

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Incumbent needs a basic understanding of computers and printers
