                           TURNKEY FACILITY MAINTENANCE is a cleaning company operating extensively in the market for over 15 years, in clinics, banks, condominiums, offices, buildings, parks, churches, schools, etc. No hiring for: 

                           We are looking for a motivated person who provides quality service and is committed to their responsibilities to clean a Summer Activity Park.  Candidates must have a good attitude and a great relationship with co-workers.

 We give preference to people who live in the Cleveland, GA 30528 – Clarkesville, GA 30523 – Helen, GA  30545 - Cornélia, GA 30531 - Clermont, GA 30527 - Demorest, GA 30535 areas.

 Responsibilities:

- Perform general janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors

- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including replenishing supplies

- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly

- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, chairs, tables, and windowsills

- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, such as hallways and lobbies

- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures

 

Experience:

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work preferred

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly environment

- People who work well in groups, but, when necessary, perform specific work alone efficiently
