JOB SUMMARY:
Customer Service Ambassadors shall direct and guide passengers and visitors by providing accurate information to any inquires. Must be able to communicate effectively in English in both verbal and written forms. A second language helpful but not required.
 

RATE OF PAY: $20.00 Per hour
 

Shift  - PT – Deland, FL  – 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm (5 hrs)

Shift - FT - Deland - 6 am to 2 pm (8 hrs)

 Monday to Friday 
 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to the following)

• Must greet all passengers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Able to work standing all 8 hours a day
• Ability to work in a high stress environment and diffuse situations that may arise
• Must know how to problem solve in assessing situations that impact the Passenger safety
• Able to work in front of public and communicate clearly, effectively and professionally
• Employees will be expected to perform duties in outside environments and possible various weather conditions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED (please bring a copy to interview)
• Must be able to produce 2 government-issued ID’s showing current information
• Able to read, write, speak and understand the English 
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Customer Service field
• Familiarity with Deland and Surroundings 
• People-oriented and excellent communication skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• 100% of the position requires you to be able to speak and hear clearly
• 95% of the position requires you to be able to walk or stand during the majority of the day
• You may be asked to lift up to 30lbs
• You may be asked to climb a ladder, stairs or hills, Bend, Stoop, Push, Pull, Reach overhead, Kneel or Crawl should the position require it
