Our Commercial Administrative Coordinator plays a pivotal role in maintaining unwavering, top-notch customer service. They are responsible for optimizing the performance of all job functions in line with Tadlock Roofing's mission to create a positive impact on our employees, communities, and the industry. This position requires a hands-on approach, executed with enthusiasm and proactiveness. Your dedication and keen attention to detail will be instrumental in driving our efficiency and success, transforming every task into a stride toward excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensuring every job meets the Gold Standard of Quality that we promise to our customers.
  • Assist in scheduling sales appointments and warranties.
  • Building a Culture to ensure employee engagement and responsibility.
  • Efficiently filtering incoming calls for the branch and promptly reporting any issues or concerns to the appropriate staff member.
  • Meticulously receiving signed paperwork and conducting thorough vetting processes for successful acquisition. -
  • Constructing Financial Worksheets in alignment with the signed proposals.
  • Systematically scanning and uploading signed paperwork to the corresponding job, ensuring proper documentation and organization.
  • Recording completed Notice of Commencement with the pertinent Clerk of Court and subsequently retrieving and uploading it to the corresponding jobs.
  • Conducting invoicing processes, diligently following up on accounts receivable.
  • Issuing closeout documents to accounts that have been settled.
  • Initiating contact with scheduled clients to confirm or modify scheduling arrangements, maintaining proactive communication.
  • Logging all internal and external communications in Acculynx for comprehensive record-keeping.
  • Soliciting and diligently following up on client reviews to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Additional duties as necessary or assigned.

The Commercial Administrative Coordinator will be evaluated on meeting and exceeding metric goals above and any others as assigned.
