The manufacture is seeking to fill the position: HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER.
Work Location: Liberty, Texas 77575
Salary: $58,000- 63,000 (per year)
Non-Exempt, Full-Time, Direct Hire, Full Benefits
Work Hours: Monday to Thursday @7:00~18:00 (Every Fridays= Off)
Target Start Date: Immediately
Job Description:
1. Recruiting/ Talent Acquisition
2. Fostering a safe work environment
3. Managing employee relations (Including labors at shop)
4. Administering payroll
5. Managing compensation and benefits packages
6. Handling disciplinary needs
7. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
8. Overseeing training programs
9. Supporting employee development
10. Developing a talent acquisition (TA) strategy
11. Employee Orientation/ Termination
12. Assisting employees
Requirements;
- Experience as HR Generalist/ Specialist/ Manager for 5~15 years
- Healthcare knowledge
- Human Resources policy knowledge
- Knowledge of Employment/ Labor Laws
- Minimum Education: A.S. Degree in HR related studies
- Preferred: HR Certifications (PHR/ SPHR etc.)
- Manufacture/ Small business environments (20 employees)
- Fluent in English
