Description:

This is an exciting position that touches multiple facets of Marketing at an exciting time for Fremont Street Experience (FSE). Reporting directly to the head of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager will manage and direct all digital initiatives including day-to-day communication, strategy, planning, optimization, workflow, and performance for FSE and its digital agency of record. In addition, the position will work closely with FSE’s Data Analyst interpreting all available data to develop strategies to support the growth and performance of all company divisions.

Duties & Requirements:

  • Well versed in Digital, Mobile & Social strategies
  • Work with head of Marketing to craft strategies and KPI’s for digital and social organic and paid performance/results.
  • Work directly with FSE's digital advertising agency on optimization of plans, A/B testing of creative and campaign reports.
  • Experience with e-mail marketing preferred.
  • Well versed in analyzing data anomalies to craft and guide digital marketing strategies.
  • Work with FSE’s digital agency on SEO strategies. Monitor and optimize SEO impact/results.
  • Monitor and report on FSE’s web and mobile site results.
  • Topline knowledge and understanding of website development is preferred with the ability to update and edit a WordPress based website.
  • Develop digital strategies to coincide with monthly calendar of events.
  • Manage digital creative workflow, timelines and communication with agency.
  • Organize, manage, and oversee digital content management (images and videos)
  • Strong Project Management skills - serve as project manager on marketing related campaigns and initiatives.
  • Experience with CRM tools and strategy.

Physical, Mental and Environmental Demands

  • Assigned duties are primarily accomplished in an office setting but may require working outdoors.
  • Must be able to maneuver around an office setting, and work at a desk/workstation.
  • Must have the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office equipment.
  • May be required to lift 25 lbs.


  • Five years’ experience as a Digital Marketing Manager
  • BS in Marketing or equivalent experience
  • Working knowledge of Google Ad Words & Analytics, Data Analysis, Facebook Ads Manager, Social Media Optimization, Web Analytics, SEO/SEM, WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML Creative, CRMM
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Advanced PowerPoint
