Job Details:

• Oversee the production and operation of the manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate and schedule production activities to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor quality control measures to ensure regulatory standards are met.
• Train and supervise production staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in production as a supervisor or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of leadership and production background
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team.
