Production Supervisor - Bilingual

If so we have a great opportunity for a Production Supervisor - Staffing Coordinator in Martinsville VA. This is a great opportunity to move into more of an HR/Staffing-related role to build on your line manager experience. Salary: $60,000 to $62,000 based on experience Schedule: Monday through Friday. Need to be flexible between 1st and 2nd Shift hours. What will you do: The Supervisor maintains a one-to-one relationship with the department leads, supervisors and management team. Effectively supervises Masis Staffing Solutions employees and temporary associates to ensure optimum working conditions, compliance, recordkeeping, production and good employee relations. This position will also include having a Production Lead reporting to you, and also handles recruiting, onboarding, orientation, and exit interviews. Ensure in a timely manner that orders and reports are expedited with Masis Staffing Solutions branch office to meet and fulfillment standards. Ensure all temporary associates work, arrive at work on time and properly document their times. Expedite orders with Masis Staffing Solutions team members to reduce cycle time to fill orders. Conduct temporary associate orientation on an as needed basis. Conduct required performance check as appropriate. Act as a liaison between temporary associates and client supervisors to resolve and issue in a productivity or other issues that may arise. Maintain close contact with the key principles at the account to ensure highest level of client satisfaction possible. Handle data entry into Masis Staffing Solutions proprietary employee/applicant tracking system, maintains accurate records, and keeps system current Coordinates drug testing, Background checks and any other screenings necessary.
