Job Title: Engineering Support Specialist
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Location: Clearwater FL
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supporting programs with coordination and scheduling of customer meetings, design reviews, and data deliveries as needed by the program
• Working with and supporting Project Engineers to help maintain schedules
• Working with and supporting Project Engineers to help maintain effort and manpower forecasts
• Maintaining program action registers
• Creating and delivering program status reports
• Verbal and written communication with the customer
• Scheduling and coordination of internal or external design reviews
• Coordinating, creating, developing and delivering high quality proposals
• Support and coordinate the creation of customer Data Packages
YOU MUST HAVE
• Two-year or Associates degree in Business or Technical discipline
• A minimum of 5 years experience in the program/project office function
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
