Description:
Call Center Environment. They are in an open setting but in cubicles with mid-high walls.
- Typical day - they do all finance loans, servicing auto loans, speaking to customers and insurance companies.
- Customers could want to know their balance, they could want to make a payment, or know their statement information. Questions could be about titles, claims, and total loss.
- Typical day - calls per day range from 40-60 calls per day.
KPISs - they look at abandon call rate, Call Wrap time (needs to be under a minute and 15 seconds avg). And Quality Assurance They grade 15 calls each month - need to see a 92% quality average.
Average call time needs to be around 3:45-5:30.
Would be important to find candidates that are experienced with being held to similar KPIs.
FIRST DAY - A lot of introducing, walking the floor, getting acclimated through the office, system access will come for them later in the week.
