Administrative Assistant

Are you a professional, positive, and customer-service-oriented administrator? Our client is looking for a qualified Administrative Assistant. Depending on experience pay rate could be between $35k - $45k.

Job Duties:
- Secretarial duties such as greeting customers, processing mail, filing, ditaction, copying, printing, and other support duties. 
- Answer a multi-line switchboard and direct calls as appropriate.
- Maintain inventory lists, calendars, provider lists, referral lists, and other records as required. 

Requirements:
- Access to dependable transportation
- Excellent customer service, both written and verbal
- Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office products.
- Strong Data Entry (high accuracy/attention to detail)
- Adobe experience, ability to learn mapping software
- Prior experience in real estate helpful
