Overview:
The Cyber Partner Integration Planner III will provide services on a contract supporting DHS CISA Joint Cyber Defense Collaborative (JCDC).
The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving and communications skills as well as previous work
history supporting the development of detailed plans for the conduct or support of the applicable range of
cyber operations through collaboration with other planners, operators and/or analysts.
This position requires a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, a drive to focus and produce results, and
the ability to lead a team to meet objectives and foster strong customer relationships in a complex environment.
This is a full-time salaried position with compensation based on experience and overall strength of the

The Cyber Partner Integration Planner II will perform among a talented and technically accomplished group of
colleagues. On this contract, our team will support the U.S. Government agency across the following activities:
(1) Facilitate across federal departments and agencies and the private sector plans for cyber defense operations.
(2) Enable information for the sharing of information necessary, coordination, and creation of pre-position
resources and playbooks necessary to streamline coordinated protection, detection and/or response activities in
lockstep with among the federal government, private sector, and SLTT.
(3) Collaborate in the development of additional plans for offensive and intelligence activities in support of cyber
defense operations, bringing federal civilian and defense agencies together with the private sector to
collaborate on intelligence development and defensive measures.
Requirements:Qualifications:
- Clearance: Top Secret / SCI
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited academic institution in a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years' experience providing similar services similar projects.
- Preferred: Experience working in cybersecurity environments supporting the role of a federal sector-specific agency/sector risk management agency (e.g., Department of Energy, Department of the Treasury, Department of Homeland Security); experience working in a cybersecurity environment supporting a private sector critical infrastructure entity; PMP Certified; Agile.
Core Duties:
- Develop or recommend planning solutions to problems and situations for which no precedent exists.
- Analysis and assessment internal and external partner cyber operations capabilities and tools.
- Participation as a member of planning teams, coordination groups, and task forces as necessary.
- Coordination of cyber operations with other organization functions or support activities.
- Design schedules, conduct analyses, develop models, write reports, prepare presentations, present results, perform data collection, and data reduction/consolidation requirements
