ServiceNow Team Lead

TEKsystems has a client that is seeking a ServiceNow Team Lead to lead their SPM implmentation. ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), formerly IT Business Management, enables you to use digital transformation to drive more customer value faster. Plan, deliver, and track value across different methodologies. The ServiceNow SPM advantage: Continually align strategy with outcomes; Prioritize, understand and fund projects; Communicate your organization's plans; Deliver work using any methodology. Candidate MUST have experience implementing the SPM module.

• The ideal candidate for this role has 10+ years of relevant work experience.

• Follows company software development lifecycle to design, code, configure, test, debug, and document system and application programs.

• Assists in preparing technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents.

• Reviews functional requirements, analysis and design documents and provides feedback.

• Collaborates with other development staff to achieve quality and consistency.

• Participates in architecture, design and code reviews.

• Develops and maintains operational and system level documentation.

• SPM Implementation. (Strategic Portfolio Management)

• Current team is under-performing and need someone to get them back on track.

• Resource and Demand management are already in place and out of box.

• Service Portal. Service request template is created and need to make adjustments

• MUST have been the lead on the implementation.

• Take info interpret business need

ServiceNow, SPM, SAFe Agile, ITIL v4, ITBM, PPM

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

This position requires 10+ years' experience in implementing ServiceNow as a platform and 5+ years' experience with the Strategic Portfolio Management.
