Description:
We are looking for the right person to join our Sales team. The Business Developer is the link between the Express office and the client companies we work with. In this position, you would be responsible for securing new business by identifying potential opportunities and contacting key decision-makers through sales calls, by phone, and in person. Successful people in this role are comfortable contacting and engaging with owners and decision-makers at all levels and selling intangible, critical business services. This is accomplished through the ability to use consultative selling techniques (communication skills, questioning, and listening techniques) and the discipline of being persistent while following a daily and weekly plan, with the desire to become a top-performing sales professional.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Identify business opportunities and maintain prospect list
• Sales functions including in-person & telephone calls to increase business.
• Receive job orders and communicate requirements to the Employment Specialists, answer questions and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
• Represent Express throughout the community
• Document all calls and keep database current

Knowledge & Skills:

• Ability to interact effectively with various types of people.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution and troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of general business and office terminology.
• Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and other basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws is a plus.
• Organized and the ability to multi-task.

Pay: $37,620 - $45,760, Commission pay – uncapped; reasonable to expect 1x-2x base within the first year
Supplemental pay types:
Bonus pay

Schedule:  Monday to Friday 8am- 5pm
