Overnight Unit Secretary - Part-time

TEKsystems is hiring a Unit Secretary for an overnight shift at a hospital in Martinsville!

Pay: $16/hr

Shift: 6p-6a

Description:

• This position will work rotating shifts

• The Unit Secretary ensures accurate and complete information is received from patient to facilitate coordination and communication between physician, unit staff, and ancillary departments

• They schedule daily tests and procedures, maintains comprehensive up-to-date record of all patient tests and procedures, and signs patients in and out of unit

• They provide receptionist functions for the unit and alerts unit management to issues or needs within the unit regarding policies, procedures, or practices

Requirements:

• Customer Service Experience
• Computer experience from an office job
