Bookkeeper/Tax Preparer
Express Professionals has an opening for a Bookkeeper/Tax Preparer to work with a local, public accounting firm. This is an evaluation to hire employment opportunity.
Our client is a family environment which allows its employees the opportunity to learn and be involved with various business-related tasks. There will be monthly bookkeeping for business clients, tax planning and preparation for both personal and business clients, and payroll processing for business clients. An opportunity for overtime could be particularly during tax season.
The individual will need to take client needs seriously. Accurate work is required since details matter in taxes and payroll of its clients.
Dress code is business casual however professional presentation is important as visits from clients happen daily.
The individual would need recent experience in and have involvement with:
- Bookkeeping
- Payroll
- Tax Preparation
- Balance sheet
- Income statement
- Statement of Cash Flow
- Accounts receivable/payable clerk
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Excellent Typing skills
- Ability to navigate Excel/Word effectively
