Office Assistant

Our client in the mechanical systems service industry is seeking a part-time Office Assistant to join their team.  The ideal candidate will have excellent Data Entry, Reception and Office Skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

 Job Title:  Part Time Office Assistant

Location:  Kingston, NY

Pay Range:  $18 - $20 per hour

Introduction:  

• Shift is Monday, Wednesday & Fridays from 9am - 3pm.
• Good starting pay.
• Potential for temp to perm.
• Additional hours may become available.
• Helpful if you know terminology in industrial trades.

What’s the Job?

• Answer 2 phone lines, take messages and transfer calls.
• Speak with customers and take new service orders.
• Order parts and follow up with vendors on any issues.
• General office duties - file, fax and copy.
• Data entry of customer invoices into QuickBooks.
• Lite office cleaning - sweep, vacuum, etc.
