We are looking to add on an experienced housekeeper as an independent contractor for our business.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. As a House Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in residential and possibly commercial settings. Your attention to detail and strong customer service skills will contribute to creating a clean and comfortable environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality cleaning services to residential and some commercial clients.
• Manage tasks like straightening, sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal.
• Travel to various job locations with personal cleaning supplies and equipment.

Duties:

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living spaces
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Launder and change bed linens
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
• Perform floor care duties including carpet cleaning and floor polishing
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the cleaning services provided

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of professional cleaning experience (required).
• Professional references/recommendations.
• Have or be willing to get Business Liability Insurance (we can help)
• Reliable transportation.
• Work efficiently without compromising quality.
• Own cleaning supplies and equipment.(eco-friendly products a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• Independent work ethic with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills and customer-friendly attitude.
• Background check required.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Skills:

• Strong customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
• Experience in hotel or commercial cleaning is a plus
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time
• Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning of all areas
• Basic knowledge of housekeeping management principles is beneficial
• Ability to cook or prepare meals is an added advantage

Note: This position requires physical stamina as it involves standing, bending, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.
