Salary:

Maximum customer interaction
Must be friendly and courteous, willing to strive for excellent customer service and offering the customer a fun and memorable experience
Must work well with children and others
Outgoing personality, able to interact with customers
Be able to explain instructions and assist if needed
Host games, activities and crafts (must be able to engage and interact with customers)
Set up and break down activities
Keep supplies neat and orderly
Willing to be a mascot (wear a costume) or at least attempt
A current Food handlers certification (ex. Servsafe): have a basic understanding of food safety and serving. Some activities involve food items such as cookies or cereal and are eaten by the customer. Food is sometimes served at an event such as a birthday party.
Have a basic knowledge of the campground to answer guest questions
Must be willing to work weekends and holidays
Trained to run park specific amenities
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to lift 20 pounds
