Job Description: We are seeking a diligent and experienced Cleaning Area Supervisor to oversee our cleaning operations in the Auburn, Ligonier, Warsaw, and Elkhart region of Indiana. As a Cleaning Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all cleaning activities are carried out efficiently, effectively, and in accordance with company standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff across multiple locations within the designated areas.
  
• Train new cleaning staff and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure high-quality performance.
  
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with cleaning protocols and identify areas for improvement.
  
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times across numerous client's facilities.
  
• Respond promptly to client requests and concerns, addressing any issues and taking appropriate corrective action.
  
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, including attendance, equipment maintenance, and incident reports.
  
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies for optimizing cleaning operations and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
  
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
