Job Description
GFI Digital, Inc. is currently seeking candidates for an Administrative Assistant opening at our Jefferson City branch.
This administrative position works with CXM, Engineers and Sales Teams daily to process quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and various tasks to support the Technology Services Team. This position requires great attention to detail and an extremely detail oriented individual.
Qualifications:
Knowledge: This position requires 2-5 years of general administrative experience including extensive knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel programs.
Skills: Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Must be detail-oriented and accurate.
Abilities: Ability to meet deadlines and complete various tasks daily. Must have the ability to work well with others. Able to work independently while staying on task and using forward thinking.
ConnectWise experience is preferred.
