This company is a strategic food manufacturer focused on the co-manufacturing, private label, and food service channels throughout the United States. Founded in 2004, they manufacture top-quality and innovative food products. Among these are a full range of meat snacks, appetizers, assembled sandwiches, fully cooked and raw bacon, corn dogs, USDA baked goods, and other convenience products. Headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee, they have more than 3,600 team members and operate thirteen manufacturing facilities in seven states.

What the Quality Assurance Support will do:

• Monitor processes throughout the production facility
• Improve food safety and quality through data management and record review
• Responsible for our company’s commitment to the production of the highest quality safe foods
• Data entry and analysis tracking
• Receive items and ingredients
• Ensure the facility’s micro-testing is completed as required
• Conduct and manage Internal Facility
• Provide training to the Quality Assurance Technicians and operational production associates

What you need to be the Quality Assurance Support:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma
• 1+ years of Quality Assurance experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to react well under pressure
